sudo: add-apt-repository: command not found on Ubuntu 12.04

Ubuntu 12.04 doesn’t have the package, which allows us to add the ppa link in apt and produces the following error:

The solution is really simple, just install the python-software-properties package, by executing:

sudo apt-get install python-software-properties

After that, we can easily add any ppa link:
